I made this for dinner last night. It was very good, definitely a keeper It was so easy. Next time, after i look for some individual pizza pans, I will try smaller one serving crusts. I am greedy, my kids loved it too and there are no leftovers.

You know i make the crust then cut up into 12 slices I think it is and then only put the toppings on the 2 pieces that I am gonna eat and stick those back in the oven.

The rest of the pieces I put in foil and keep in the fridge to use either as bread or a side item to eat with my chicken or fish or meat, or to put toppings on as pizza.

Enjoy! This is really my favorite cuz its not eggy at all and the best thing is it really does get crispy.

What did you use to put the crust on to cook it? I've made the cauliflower crust using a cookie sheet one time and a pan the next time. Both times the crust was soooooooooo STUCK to the pans. I was disgusted with it! I used a non stick spray. Should I use oil instead? What worked for you? I want this TONIGHT!

HOLY MOLY, PEOPLE!!! I was NOT prepared for how awesome this crust would be!! Raising my right hand into the air, I promise, I will never grate another head of cauliflower! WOW! Still working on eating this. Makes a HUGE pizza too! Oh my goodness, the amount of cheese though! Will have to get my dose of flax today! Thanks for posting this recipe. I never saw it on Linda's site and now I'm curious to see what else I'm missing!

My pizza pan has holes in it!! LOL! So, Mom brought me some parchment paper and I lined the pan with that. It was perfect. I'm not sure what a serving size is for this! I took comfort in the fact I am OWLing and could afford some carbs. I'm not much of cheese eater so this may have slowed things a bit for me but whatever....I certainly won't eat it more than once per week and probably not that much.

Linda's Low carb site is a really great sorce for awesome recipes. I really like her low carb taco seasoning and just like taco bell taco sauce...and pizza chicken and green enchillada chicken and.....well theres lots. In fact I love the so much I try to only experiment with 1 recipe per week or I tend to want to overeat

Glad you found the solution, i was about to post and recommend you use parchment paper. I can't live without it...i cook everything on it including chicken wings etc. it's the best non stick solution IMO..and a great way to keep your cookie sheets clean and avoid washing!

Can induction people eat this pizza? If so, is the pizza sauce store bought?
