  • Eggs!

    Does anyone think there is a limit on how many eggs you can eat a day/week? I don't mean for the carb count, I mean just in general.

    I remember there used to be a government warning saying we should eat no more than 10 eggs a week but I think that relates to when they thought that eggs affected your cholestoral.

    I think eggs are so versatile for the atkins diet and I eat them a lot!! I just count them in to my carb intake and as I'm on atkins induction they feature at least once a day

    There is no limit on how many you should eat a week but for varieties sake, you should be also eating other things so you don't get bored.

    I love eggs too and eat at least 1 a day but I've heard people say that they just can't face another one and I certainly don't want that to happen to me!

      Ha! Yes I have experienced the feeling of "no more eggs" when doing atkins previously. May have to cut back to one a day like yourself

        I love eggs! I eat them mainly for supper, occasionally for breakfast. But I cook them different ways, so I don't get bored.
