  • Beef ribs in pressure cooker

    Dedicated to ...... Motherofgizmo, of course! :hug
    I´m having them for lunch. I will put the photos of how to cook them in a while.

    Here we go .....

    the recipe:
    I fry in olive oil 1 minced red pepper and 1 minced tomate (peeled)
    I fry in the same pot (with the veggies) the ribs and add paprika powder. Add some water and 1 crushed garlic clove + parsil.
    Let it cook until it´s done. In the pressure cooker: 8 minutes.

    First, I fry the veggies

    Adding the ribs ....

    Grind the sauce up

    And .... listo!

      ok I am not a beef eater but if you put this down in front of me...I would eat every bit!!!! this looks fantastic! I have never seen beef ribs cut like that ......

          I am going to ask the butcher to cut me some next time I go printed the pic off and lets see if I can make this thanks Pau you are the Kitchen mamma!!!!

                  this is my dinner these are short ribs duh!!! I can not believe I did not know that..oh well beef is not my specialty!!!

                    ask fr your ribs cut country style too and they look like that beef and pork

                    Did your bones get soft too? I couldn't beleive the bones in the ribs got so soft they crumbled in my fingers. they were about 3/4 inch wide when i started cooking them of course mine have vinager for the bbq sauce too.

                        They are cooking that pepper tomato onion is sofrito!! It smells like Panama in here !!!! (I lived there for a few years!!!) this smell is the smell of my memories of Panama!...I have to add olives!
                        Pau this is fun I hope it comes out!!!

                        People try this it is fun to cook ! and smells to die for!!!..2big if the bones are soft I am going to barf that sounds gross to me!

                            here you go!!! Pau's ribs...DH is groaning he had two plates and loved them ...I did add olives and hot sauce!....served with steamed chinese broccolli and avocado for dessert to the right is a fresh strawberry rhubarb crisp with whipping cream ....leave out the strawberries and this is an induction friendly meal!!!...
                            whoops only if you make the topping for the dessert with flax I used nuts!and oat bran sorry leave it off!
                            If you do not make this you are really missing out!!!!
