  • Yummy induction friendly meal

Hi all. I'm not really in induction anymore but eat that way mostly anyway.

Anyway, I have a new fav meal which is so simple and you probably already eat it this way, but I thought I'd share anyhow.

Jennie-O Sweet Italian Sausage sauteed with onion, green and red peppers in olive oil. Even though it says sweet, there are no sugars or hidden sugars that I could see (no dextrose, malitol, corn syrup, etc). I love it.

I eat it for breakfast since I can't eat eggs.

    Yum!!!

The opposite of Sweet Sausage is Hot Sausage. That recipe sounds great and I am going to see if I can find some Jennie O cause I am getting really tired of eggs. Thanks for sharing and the news about the sausage also. Most sausage has corn syrup or sugar in some form

This is one of my very favorite ways to have Italian Sausage. DH loves it too.

I love the turkey sausages prepared this way. I get the hot ones though.
