I bought everything I need and plan to try it out sometime this week. I recently tried the cauliflower rice and it was soooo good I couldn't even tell it was a vegetable. Anyways, I plan to make the pizza recipe that everyone seems to love and want any tips on those who have made it already. I hope the crust comes out nice and crispy...

Re: Any tips on making the best cauliflower crust pizza?
Girl!! I made several honest attempts with the cauliflower pizza and was disappointed EVERY time. I did find a yummy recipe here for another crust. Are you game even if there's no cauliflower in it? I've experimented enough to know which one turned out best! I'm going to find the links for you. The cauliflower one always turned out soggy no matter how thin I patted it out.

The pics on the site with the recipe look sooo good I didn't think it would be soggy..maybe back the crust first..I don't know.
It doesn't have to have cauliflower in it...but I'm pretty picky so let me know when u find the link.
Thanks!

I found that one before. I love that site -the thing is I try to limit my cheese and that just looks like a alot of cheese..lol.
I had an idea of how to get the pizza not to be soggy so I might try it..even though you probably did too.
Is it this recipe you did?

One of the things with cauliflower pizza is to be sure you squeeze all the water out of the cauliflower. Also cook the crust first. If you can turn it and put it back before adding some toppings.
You do not need much cheese on the top since there is so much cheese in the crust.
I like it

I made the cauliflower pizza crust a couple of times and it was always soggy! Good, but you're not gonna pick it up! Liv, do you press the water out before or after you shred the cauliflower?

I steam the cauliflower. Then press all water out. Then I shred it. Last time I made it, the crust was nice and firm.
