So my favorite Mexican Restaurant has this amazing queso blanco dip they serve with tortilla chips....I was wondering if this would be safe for rung 2? I would love to try it with Celery...I think that would be really good! I haven't been able to find any nutritional info on it but when I searched for general recipes for queso blanco dip to make myself these are the ingredients it has.....
1 cup monterey jack cheese or asadero cheese or chihuahua cheese, shredded fine
4 ounces green chilies
1/4 cup half-and-half
2 tablespoons onions, chopped fine
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 serrano pepper, chopped fine (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped fine (optional
None of these send up a red flag for me and I would assume that their recipe can't be too far off from this....what do you think???
