Is there a way to make oven baked flax crackers? I've tried a few times, but I'm doing something wrong. Any help is appreciated

    what's your recipe?

If you are trying to bake the microwave flax cracker recipe, you either have to bake them quickly at a high temperature or slowly at a low temperature.

My recipe was flax seeds, halfway ground, (I like some of them whole) and enough water to make a paste. Then in the oven around 400 until crispy. But they just don't turn out good. I need a new recipe

That's the way you make the microwave version.

I adapted the microwave version from a raw foods vegan recipe. The vegan recipe used whole flax seeds soaked over night. The soaked seeds are gooey and they can be formed into rounds, which are then dehydrated in a food dehydrator for 6 or 8 hours.

You can put them in a low oven (about 250 degrees) and let them slowly dry out.

          I´m sorry I can´t help you as I don´t like flax.

But I´m going to try with vital gluten wheat and whey protein. I´ll post the result when I try.
