      you have to know at this point I am not capable of following a recipe???????....I have never ever followed one exactly I can not stop myself ..I have tried but it just is out of my reach!!!!! I thought you would have noticed I have tweeked every recipe everyone gives me...I have NO off switch!!!! LOLOL.....

        But that´s another nice side of cooking .... now it´s my recipe and when you do it .... it become yours!

        But I didn´t understand if you were asking about time and pulpo´s weight. I always cook it for 8-10 minutes. No matter how big is. Never more than 10 minutes.

          My youngest twin loves octopus. He was first introduced to it in Spain, and now he has me buy the tins at the local grocery store. LOL

          But never have I seen a recipe for it. And one from Spain, he will be sure to love it.

          One thing Pau, I do swear by and thats Spanish Olive Oil. Its so different from what I can buy here in the States.

            Can´t you find Spanish olive oil? what about Italian? must be 1 degree acidity. No more. And greenish. Extra virgin olive oil.

              Goya makes a nice green olive oil very good and usually pretty cheap for daily use!!! I like it!...but I love all kinds of olive oil!!!....California has some good ones!!!
