you have to know at this point I am not capable of following a recipe???????....I have never ever followed one exactly I can not stop myself ..I have tried but it just is out of my reach!!!!! I thought you would have noticed I have tweeked every recipe everyone gives me...I have NO off switch!!!! But I didn´t understand if you were asking about time and pulpo´s weight. I always cook it for 8-10 minutes. No matter how big is. Never more than 10 minutes.I´m my best friend and my worst enemy.

My youngest twin loves octopus. He was first introduced to it in Spain, and now he has me buy the tins at the local grocery store. LOL
But never have I seen a recipe for it. And one from Spain, he will be sure to love it.
One thing Pau, I do swear by and thats Spanish Olive Oil. Its so different from what I can buy here in the States.
