    yeast in almond meal muffins

    i have a question about yeast in Almond meal muffins....
    im trying to make low carb muffins, and i was wondering if the muffins will rise more or better if i add some yeast to the batter??

    What else is in the muffins?

    Also, almond flour isn't acceptable on Induction.

      my status is pretty old, so im not on induction now.
      im thinking i wanna ad either cranberries or blueberries to my muffins. does that make a difference in the rising of the muffins?

        You need starch for the yeast to work. You could use baking powder instead.
