  • Gordon Ramsay's Egg Scramble

These are the most delicious scrambled eggs I've ever tasted, and I make these pretty much every day and never get tired of them. My grocery store does not sell "creme fraiche" so I used sour cream at the end instead. Had no idea you weren't supposed to season the eggs until they were already cooked!

    Re: Gordon Ramsay's Egg Scramble

I love Gordon Ramsay's recipes and watch him cooking often on his BBC America show The F Word. He did the scrambled eggs a while back and I had been doing them all wrong. Like you, I had put seasonings in the beginning and I had been cooking my eggs waaay too long. Well, sometimes I still like my scrambled egg "pebbles" but when I want softer, creamier goodness, his method is the way to go!

p.s. Creme fraiche is usually in the gourmet cheese section (don't know why) and should be available during the holidays at least.

I love hard scrambled eggs! But I tried them the soft and fluffy way recently and they were pretty good too!

Eggs have always been something I feel the need to cook the devil out of.. Pork too.
