Very similar to the one recipe I use:
Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
The nut crust is pretty much the same.
Grind nuts ( I use almonds or pecans) with some butter, splenda and cinnomon, bake at 350 for about 20 mins or so (don't burn! lol).
For induction friendly just nix the 'crust'..
You can use the lemon peel that Linda suggest, I have used lime peel and have also used berries and strawberries. The berries are good to me but too tart for my hubby.
I tried making a chocolate cheesecake using the plain coco but it didn't come out too good. I don't relly like chocolate anyway though..
