I am not a cook, have no expereince at all and i baked a low carb crustless cheese cake. I couldnt find liquid slenda so i used alternative liquid sweetner. I baked it, and it turned out ok, the texture was just like cheese cake, there were cracks but I did not eat it because it wasnt sweet enough. Like it tasted like cheesy/eggy...
I put more drops then were required but still had that problem..
Question is, when they say 1 and 1/4 cup splenda, does that mean they want that much sugar or spleda equivelent to sugar ?
