  • limited resources, need a snack Help.

    Hey guys Its a cold night to go out and also is pretty late. I need a dessert/snack

    Heres what I have
    one block creame chese
    liquid splenda,
    eggs,
    straw berries
    whipped cream
    sour cream
    half and half,
    vanillar extract
    lemon juice
    any suggestions ?

    I moved this out of the Dessert Recipes forum, because it's not a dessert recipe.

    You'll get more responses in this forum.

    By the way, your profile says you are on the 14 Day induction. Therefore, strawberries are not allowed for your snack.

      I need a dessert/snack
      If you "need" a dessert to quiet your sweet tooth, then it's better not to have one.

      If you need a snack because you are hungry or haven't eaten for some hours, then something that is not sweet would be a good option. Veggies would be great!

      Using that list you wrote... I'd have eggs, and maybe some cheese.

        And Ahmer, since you are in OWL Rung 6 (as you wrote in another thread), please change your phase info to reflect that. It helps avoid misunderstandings.

        You can do this from User CP... click on Edit Your Details.

            actually, there's a lot you can do with those ingredients, go check out...

            Also, you could try olives, pickles, celery, water...other things that can help you thru the moment. Trying to kick those habits! Keep going, the cravings will diminish over time.
