    In Hawaii we have what is called Poke. Its raw ahi with sesame oil and sesame seeds and green onions little bit of soy sauce, kukui nut, and sometime a little bit of tiny pieces of seaweed.. any ideas if I could eat this on induction extended ?

    Sesame seeds and the nuts belong to Rung 3 on the OWL ladder and nori you can introduce int he first rung. This is a good reason for you to start moving up the rungs slowly.

      Mmmmm, I love Poke. Don't worry, you'll be there soon enough.

      I guess you'll just have to slice your tuna thinner. slap some Wasabe on it and call it sashimi.
