Instant Fruit Sorbet
1-2 cups frozen fruit
1/3-1/2 cup cream
sweetener to taste (optional)
food processor
Put the frozen fruit into the food processor. Pulse until it breaks down into smaller pieces. Add the sweetener, if using. Turn the processor on low speed and puree the frozen fruit. Add the cream while it's processing. It will turn into a slushy mass. Scoop out and eat.
I put the leftovers into a tray and will do a granita thing with it.
