Elizellen is from the UK and has a food dehydrator. You might want to PM her and ask where she purchased hers.
In the US, you can purchase them at department stores, camping stores and on-line at garden supply sites. Maybe they are available at similar places in the UK?
I purchased one last summer and had a ball dehydrating my excess garden veggies.
