          Re: Sugar Snap Peas?

According to DANDR 2002, the snow pea is specifically listed as an Induction vegetable.

Botanically, snow peas and sugar snap peas are different: the sugar snap is a hybrid cross between a snow pea and the regular shelling pea. It also is bred to have a higher sugar content than the snow pea.

Snow peas are flat. Sugar snaps are rounder. Both have edible pods.
