  • Smoked salmon

    Hi

    Over the weekend I have been eating smoked salmon. It was precooked the ingredients were nothing but salmon and black peppercorns.

    Is smoked salmon induction friendly ? The reason I am asking is that the process of smoking is sometimes putting the salmon into a solution of salt and sugar then smoking. Of course, I didnt think of that until after Id eaten it, because the ingredients on the pack were OK .
