I am not a cook by any stretch of the imagination but last night i decided to experiment and what i came up with was as good as anything i have ever had at an Italian restaurant.
I chopped up half a tomato and let it cook with a teaspoon of olive oil and a light dusting of adobo (spice). It slow cooked until it was like a sauce.
Then i took about a 1/3 cup of fresh green beans and tossed them in about half way thru.
In a different pan i cut up 1/2 a chicken breast and cooked it with a table spoon of olive oil and a light dusting of adobo.
When the chicken was fully cooked i tossed it in with the vegetables and 1 ounce of jack cheese. I sliced the jack cheese from a block making super thin pieces to blanket as much of the veggies as possible.
When i was done this is what it looked like and it was ridiculously good.
