Nothing special today. Probably a salad with tuna.

I'm having shrimp with Thai Green curry sauce over riced cauliflower. I'll probably toss in a few veggies but havne't decided which ones yet.

Though my first choice was to have nurselady's p'nut butter angus buger recipe but i'm out of natural peanut butter right now (and avoiding buying it as i have no self control around it). but i'm DYING to try that recipe!

YUM Sadie, that sounds delish! I am a seafood freak! I have to eat it mostly for lunch though since John's not a real big fan or much seafood, except for crab legs.

I've been on a fried cabbage kick lately!! I love it! had it 3 times this week. One way i tried it was with cooked ground beef and canned tomatos all mixed together in the pan.... then i put a spoonful of sour cream on top. Tasted like cabbage rolls (whihc i love but havne't tried making yet on this woe..was thinking to use riced cauliflower or jsut meat?)
