    Spaghetti Squash

    Can you freeze spag squash once cooked?

    Yes, I do it with each squash I cook. Take the amount you want to freeze and put it between some paper towel to try to remove the excess water. Get as air tight a freeze as you can.

    I let it thaw as much as I can either by refrigerator or under running water. I tried to use the defrost setting on the microwave once and made it too mushy.

      The spaghetti squash lady strikes again.
      That is good to know. I have not tried it but I think I will.

        Hahaha Liv. Actually I still haven't had any since the Olympics though there is one sitting on my counter right now.
