Hi, I'm from Australia. I have seen some recipes calling for courgettes. Here a courgette is a green thing like a zucchini but very small, like 10 cm (approx 5 inch) long and about2.5cm (1inch) diameter . Is it the same in the U.S or is this 'courgette' they refer to in recipes the same as a zucchini? A zucchini is about 20cm long, green (although you can get yellow too) and about 5-6cm(2-3inch) in diameter. Thanks
