    LOL

    So had one laying on the counter...it looked sooo yummy and tempting and the little devil in my head whispered to me how GOOD it would taste all toasted and spread with a little butter.

    Erm NO

    BAD IDEA

    So slid my little oopsie creation into the toaster, set to medium low and pulled out the butter.

    Within a minute the thing was absolutely BLACK, I'm surprised it didn't self combuste!





    Mini Goals:
    212 lbs. (10% of me gone)
    175 lbs. (halfway point)
    157 lbs. (old average weight)
    135 lbs. (High end of my ideal range)
    125 lbs. (Almost there)

    Yeah. I tried making oopsie croutons once and--well, let's just say I remember the smell two years later. Great in theory, notsomuch in practice.

    I will say that the waffles based on the oopsies seems to do all right in the toaster, but the process is slightly different and there's a little bit of protein powder in there to add some heft.
