Fish "a la sal"

This way is one of my favourite to cook fish (sal = salt):

Put the cleaned fish in the oven

Mix cooking salt with 3 or 4 tbsp. water and put over the fish (when it´s cooked the salt and water will be a crust)

Cook in oven: 30 minutes, 180 degrees.
Serve just with extra virgin olive oil.
