  • Beef a l´ancienne

    Beef meat (cut in strips)
    1 Spanish onion
    2 tbsp. mustard a l´ancienne
    1/2 Beer can.
    Salt&pepper

Fry lightly the meat in a bit olive oil. Remove.
Fry the onion (minced) in the same oil.
When soft add the mustard and the beer. Let it boil (the alcohol vaporates) and add the meat.
Cook for 10 minutes (pressure cooker)
    Serve over baked zucchini.
    Enjoy! :joy

Also I'm not sure what Mustard a l'ancienne is but i'm thinking it's a whole grain mustard?
