  • A new way to find your recepie!

    thanks

    I added the recommended site to my search.ini file for maxthon.
    Now I can search directly from my tabbed browser.

    If you want to know how to do this just open your search.ini file from your Maxthon install directory and add this line to it and save it (make sure maxthon is closed before editing the search.ini file)
    Cooks.Com=http://www.cooks.com/rec/search?q=%s

    thanks for the link!!

        screenshot

        Here is a screenshot of how my search bar is setup in Maxthon

        Also, go here to get Maxthon, install it and set it as your default browser.
        It is the most powerful Internet Explorer addon you can get. PC Magazine even commented on it (finally) in this months magazine.

        You can go to Maxthon Options and click on search and add search engines to your searchbar, or you can edit the searchbar.ini file directly.

        You will find your searchbar config file in this directory
        C:\Program Files\Maxthon\Language\English\SearchBar.ini
