As for the one for me - i do eat pre-packaged foods sometimes, heh, as you would see if I got around to taking a shot of my pantry, which is just pretty messy.

I stocked up on the MiniCarb Carbsense Milk Chocolate Flax Cereal boxes then the local GNC blew them out 3 for a buck . They make a quick easy breakfast on mornings I'm not feeling very hungry...
OMG baby boy you know I love you but that sounds disgusting :vomit

      Vegemite

Sandwich spread made of yeast extract, pungently smelly and salty. Oddly, it's an American company's product but a true national symbol of Australia.

I used to work for the company that makes Marmite and the yeast used to make the yeast extract was obtained from the local breweries. The makers of Marmite try to remove the "beery" taste from their product, whereas, the makers of Vegemite don't. This is what makes the greatest difference in the tastes of the two products. See also Marmite.
I smelled this one time and could eat it given enough beer!

where can you buy zcarb other than Walmart (I can not go in there again)?
Nurselady, I think the proverbial ball is still in your court on the synergy issue How's the quest for erythritol going? I found a cheaper online source for it (Honeyville), but the catch is that you have to buy 4 lbs. It's a really good price, though, and with the 10% forum discount it's an even better deal. Great shipping charges too.

I don't think I've seen Zcarbs in any stores other than walmart. You might get lucky with one of your local pharmacies, but I kind of doubt it. Your next best bet is online, I'd say.

As far as the slow down in food relating conversing... that's pretty normal for this time of year. The warmer weather always draws people away from their kitchens. I notice a drop in activity in all the food related forums I frequent right about this time every year.
