huh?....zpacks? or Zcarb...Zcarb is this chocolate scott turned me on to!!! it does not have the sweetener in it that can cause uncomfortable GI side effects like sorbitol and stuff!....and they taste fantastic! just like the good stuff!!!! real chocolate....
sorry. zcarb. i knew zpaks sounded familiar. LOL I'll have to look into the chocolate.
Well they had it here in Walmart and I went in twice but can not do it again ...it is just too much for me!....give me a farmers market or a small grocer any day!!!! anything with "mart" in it means a valium prescription first for me. So I thought maybe there was some place else....I could google it but that seems like work right now!!! they are good Aphex ...Scott was right on the money here!!!! and I am just a tad picky one would say :sarcasm
Nursey, I'm totally the same way. I'll do the mom and pop shops any day before a big corporate monster. I've only been to Walmart twice in my life, and my goal in life is to never go there again. Have you ever read Adbusters (magazine)?

Morning little sister!!!! :hug hay I think we have our own chat going here!!! whoops.....but what the heck it spices things up to keep a thread going!!!!
no should I get that magazine?.....I have hard feelings about Walmart they put Rubbermaid out of business you know!!!! :anger
Good morning! Not only did they put Rubbermaid out of business, but they've but hundreds of mom and pop shops out of business across the country. They can't compete with the monster. I love how their TV commercials are this feel-good nonsense, trying to make Walmart look like a harmless little lamb. What it really is is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Walmart is a bigger customer to China than any of the countries in Europe. And we're all familiar with the working conditions in China.
Adbusters is good stuff. It's a little over the top at times, but its a no-advertising magazine. It's basically against big corporations. They love to hate McDonalds and Walmart. They also have campaigns like "buy nothing day", or turn off the tv campaings. Their website is adbusters.org.
I like Walmart, if it wasn't for Walmart there are alot of things I wouldn't be able to afford, like my 50 lbs of birdfood 2 times a month or my squirrel corn or John's work jeans. Can't say I enjoy the expierence of shopping there, but you can't beat the prices and for people w/o alot of extra cash its a godsend!
And maybe you will feel better about Walmart nursey if you see that Rubbermaid is alive and well

LOL MOGGIES I figured I would start something with my Walmart bashing!!!! things have been way tooo mellow here!!!!.......Walmart has cheap produce that is for sure!!!!.....you can have all my bargains however I can not stand to go in ..I will stick with thrift stores and yard sales for cheap stuff! :hug
Ah, our Walmart does not sell produce :no . It is just a regular old Walmart, not one of those "Super" ones. I've heard their grocery stores aren't impressive anyway.
My favorite grocery store was a tiny place called "Piggly Wiggly" even though they were a franchise chain they were owned by local families, this place was about the size of an old drug store, unfortunatley they no longer opperate, they were replaced by some fancy schmanzy place called NoFo urplequ: Because all the dad-burned yuppies moved into our neighborhood and took over...no cool shops anymore, just coffe shops, antique shops and boutiques. :sarcasm

I never liked the big Piggly Wiggly's either, the one that was near my house was very very small. But they still managed to have just about anygthing you popped in to get.
The bag boy there was about 85 years old, poor thing, he'd bag for you and always offer to take your bags to your car!
They had the best little meat department, anything you wanted they would go out of their way to cut for you. I used to there all the time to get london broils because they would slice it for me for my beef jerky which saved me alot of time and aggravation! There were only 2 cash registers in the place and that was all that would fit at the front of the store! And they served take out home cooked food at lunch before any of these big stores started doing the pre cooked chickens and things they do now.
