OMG, Piggly Wiggly has a "Smile Manager"

Even their website makes me smile! I want a piggly wiggly too! LOL

MOG we do have big humongous malls here..but everything tends to be the same in every store. and they are all out in the suburbs..i live in the city :sadblinky Not alot here as far as outlets go at all. When I'm down in Florida my favorite is Bealls and TJ Maxx. We have a similar store to TJ maxx called Winners which isn't too bad. I was in a regular Beall's or is it Bell's?) for the first time down there in March and I just loved it!

I get claustrophobic in big department stores. It's like all the merchandise is trying to reach out and grab me like in the Wizzard of Oz when Dorothy & company were trapsing through the forest and all the trees were grabbing them!!! ARRRGH!

Mindy when I was in JC Penney's down in the us there were so many things to look at and everything was so close together I though my head was going to explode trying to take it all in!!!!! Luckily I had a 2 hour time limit to shop so i just walked right thru it and back out. I'd have wasted my entire 2 hours in there just trying to make sense of it all! For some reason our dept stores don't seem to be as packed as that...

Sadie, we have acutal factory outlets...this is a big textile area (We grow cotton here!) so they make fabric and clothing and these places are the outlets for the factorys so they are better than TJMaxx, although we have those too. We have a whole mall that is nothing but outlet stores and a whole town too! :nod Plus up in the mountains are all the furniture shops, so we have wonderful furniture outlets if you don't mind driving a little ways.

Yes we have Fresh Market and we have WholeFoods, I like them both but they are a little pricey! I go in there for special things but not my everyday shopping. :no

I like to get the rotisserie chickens and the bbq ribs from the take out counter at Fresh Market. Think I'll get some tonight for dinner. I don't shop there every day, but I do confess I buy all my meats at Whole Foods.

mine too seriously today!!!!I am headless.... more so than say Monday or Tuesday ..but most days it is like that...why do they call that a male brain anyway for crying out loud....we think about it as well!!!!...I am thinking someone should move us to chat I guess unless we talk about soup or something foody...ok here we go...
