Yorkshire Pudding

Just had roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding & Veg. Yorkshire pudding recipe just as Mock Danish but add meat dripping to mixture together with 1 tbs ground Flax and splash of cream and water. Small yorkshire pudding dish with dripping heated on hob till smoking, add batter then 12 mins in oven. Lovely!!

Hi Colin.

I use the recipe for Atkins Revolution Rolls, whenever I want yorkshire pudding or "toad-in-the-hole". But I like your mock danish idea.
