In Maryland, I have found this milk at Giant and Shoppers Food Warehouse. I really like the chocolate! :laughing

Chocolate is very good, very creamy. Our local WalMart could hardly keep that and the cream in stock, but they must be ordering more to par cause it is fully stocked each time I see it now!

              Are you in induction Stacy?

I was also wondering if any other people on induction have had this problem?:

When I drink just a little bit of the chocolate milk I become an addictive person and I want to drink more and maybe that's why I've cheated a few times a month ago but still, I wanted more and more and I guess when I was done with the carton I looked elsewhere.

I did not drink Milk during induction it is not allowed I thought...you may want to check the book. I tried it as a treat when I was starting OWL, I am back in induction though. It is addictive, had to give it up for later and then it will be a once in a blue moon give the rest to the cats and neighbors kids kind of thing. Well, if it is not good for me guess my cats :flowerki: deserve better, just the neighbor kids then I suppose.

After the second time I realized what I was doing and decided NO MORE MILK.

I was doing that before I read the book and was unaware of the ladder and it not being allowed. I also wanted the bake mixes when I first started but it said it was not for induction so I didn't get it. Now I know better :smileangel and have been milk free for three weeks, give or take and carb free for a week!

I'm not in induction anymore so every once in a great while (like once or twice a month) I'll allow myself a small glass of chocolate milk (I love it too).

I craved it like crazy when I was in induction, though....I've always loved milk (I use to drink it daily before Atkins) and it was really hard for me to give it up for a while...
