one thing about the delayed effect of the carbs is in 4-5 hours you are eating your next meal or snack and you are going to get its carbs and the pasta carbs then :yikes :yikes so while delayed does satisfy the testing for the smaller carb effect it will not eliminate the entire carb effect in your body. And the other thing is do we know what those matrix molecules do when they hit they gut bacteria Do they as the lactitol get get broken down into digestible shorter chain carbs or do the pass out unchanged like dietary fibers. We already know they don't or they would be listed in the fiber count and we'd get to subtract them. So they are metabolized in the body between mouth and butt. Just how much is what is open to further testing right now.
