    I usually buy Ken's ranch or buttermilk ranch.

    My absolute FAVORITE (which I haven't had in ages) is the stuff at Lone Star--which I'm sure has all sorts of deliciously unhealthy things in it...

    My LEAST favorite is Kraft ugh ugh ugh. Too thick and overly rich.

      The commissary here on base doesn't carry many things w/o sugar, starch and such. I found Maries (does contain soybean oil, and less then 2% sugar), its real thick, and a bit mayo taste, but I cut it with sour cream and it does the trick for me. My all time favorite store bought of course is hidden valley buttermilk.

        Litehouse jalepeno ranch is my favorite. 2 carbs per serving though. Next is Ken's Buttermilk ranch only 1 carb per serving. Those are the only 2 I eat anymore. The jalepeno ranch is to die for. Yummy.
        I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

            What is wrong with Hidden Valley? I absolutely LOVE the spicy ranch. If thats a no no does anyone have any suggestions on a spicy ranch alternative?

              Yeah, Hidden Valley does it for me too...I think there is sugar in it, but the carbs are low. There used to be a ranch called "Ranch it up" and I think it was by Hidden Valley Ranch too. I can't find it for the life of me anymore. I don't think they make it anymore but it had a spicy kick to it. It was the best!! Could eat it all day!!
