  • Philly Swirls w/Splenda

I bought a box of these at Sam's. My whole family loves them and they have no carbs! I have lost a few pounds and I eat them a lot.
They come in yummy flavors like Cotton Candy and Pina Coloda.
    I definalty recommend.

I'd be real careful about serving size on those too.

And the fruit "concentrates". Typically, fruit concentrates are concentrated fruit juice...definitely not something for Induction.

            I really like these.....I mean I really love these...I mean I can't stop eating these....I mean REALLY
I ate a whole box in a few days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SOOOO I will not be buying again unless I have like 39 of my closest friends over to eat the rest of these so I won't!!!!!!!!!

Or find a smaller box and I could use a few less friends as I am not sure I have 39 friends.

<<Peanut/Tree nut free, Dairy Free, Egg free, Soy Free, Gluten Free >>

I tried these a while back and they are very good!

It's free of everything, it must be nothing!

Which is what I was thinking about Diet Rite Pure Zero (no calories, no carbs, no caffeine, no sodium )when I bought it the other day it's sweetened with splenda.

              http://dietrite.com/pressrelease08152005/index.aspx

Why did I pay $4. for a 12 pack of nothing - ha ha ha!

Wow, that's an impressive selection of sweeteners!

The lemon and strawberry bars probably have slightly less carbs than the orange ones. If I bought these, I'd probably give the orange ones away.

Well 2Big4mysize my gut did get a bit grumbly after 3 in a hour, I thought oh no bathroom duty but no just ...probably too much info...sugar alcohol gas...but I kinda spread the rest out over a few days and didn't react enough not to gobble them down.

Stall....hmm I don't really know I wasn't really losing much and overeating so I don't think I lost any during that period but a true stall...hmmm thats weeks with no loss or inches and I gave the yummy philly swirls up after that first box.

Sweets really call to me like i love low carb granola and bars and candies and... even if they are sugar free I can get out of control easily and the cravings will sometimes spill over until I am out of control and eating carbs.

Actually 2big, it's almost impossible to tell how much erythritol and how much polydextrose is in these. Both are practically carb free and both are included in the 3 carbs/serving. These bars are definitely not 'carb free' but at the same time, they're not 3 carbs. It's somewhere in between. I'm sure it's no more than 2.

And this is all older version DANDR we're talking about. If someone's going by the newer, more economically slanted version of the book, these bars have zero net carbs.

And as far as laxation issues are concerned, erythritol, as you know, isn't laxating, and polyd is less laxating than any of the other SAs. Sorbitol has a fairly high laxation threshold as well. It's also possible that the spreading the laxation impact over four different sweeteners/bulking agents might make a difference laxation wise. Maybe.

I saw these SF PHilly swirls in a much smaller box at Mejers. That would be good for me because I just have problem having extra sweets around I just want to eat them up...poor impulse control I guess.

No you are not supposed to have anything not listed on the induction food list when in induction
