OK - hidden away in a forgotten crannie in the kitchen, I found a stash from last year's shopping spree at a GNC closing down. There are La Nouba Belgian sugarless treats - chocolate marshmallows claiming to have 9g carbs, 8.8g being "non-caloric, non blood impacting" carbs. With "NETT CARBS 0.26" it looks like a perfect treat for my next TOM visit, but I'm afraid they could be like a "gateway drug" and lead to craving "hard" chocolate.
Do these things cause anyone to stall or fall?
