  • induction beef stir fry

I made this for lunch today and it was really good.

I marinaded slinly sliced top round steak in

about 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
    about 2 TB sesame oil
    about 1 TB ground ginger

I let this sit in the fridge for about 2 hrs

Then I put about a TB of extra light olive oil in a hot hot pan and threw in a couple handfuls of frozen stir fry veggies (a mix that comes together, I just picked out the carrots before putting them in the pan) and about 4 or 5 ozs of the beef. Stir fried it for about 5 minutes, till the beef was cooked through.
I threw on some hot pepper flakes before eating was great!

Totally induction friendly, even left out the splenda since I am trying to avoid it through my induction.
