One can salmon, deboned, 10.5 oz I think
1/4 small diced onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dill
1 large egg
1/2 cup crushed plain pork rinds
salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Mash it all together and make little 1/4 cup balls and flatten into patties. pan fry at a little under medium heat in about 1/4 cup canola oil. Be gentle with these when turning over because they are more fragile than their flour bound patty friends.
I eat these with Frank's Red Hot and a little brown mustard. Oh! My mouth is waterin'!! This is a good low carb comfort food for me! Sorry no pictures, I will add some next time we have them.
