Its funny how when you live somewhere you don't ever go and do/see the stuff that the tourists come to do/see isn't it? I know when I lived in Hawaii it was like that! Someday I might get to good old California, I have a few ADBB people I need to meet in person eventually!

Great recipe! You may have coaxed me to eat chicken breast again! I used to do a similar breast stuffed with pesto, gouda and crab and one with portobello, tomato, shallots, provalone and hot or spicy green chiles. I left the skins on and roasted in the oven. I like your recipe with the egg and cheese, sound really good! Thanks for posting it and with pics too!!
