    If you prepare it the way the recipe is stated, you should be able to have this on induction. Just make sure that you use tomato sauce with no added sugar.

    Plug all of your ingredients into Fitday to get your carb count for this recipe.

      I haven't tried this yet, but will. For those who like beans in their chili, what do you think about adding black soybeans? Still induction friendly?
      June Goals
      1. Continue with water
      2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
      3. Continue with videos.
      4. Go to the YMCA for water classes.
      5. Build stamina for more walking.


      Goals for May:
      1. Water every day - at least 100 oz.
      2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride.
      3. Post every day.
      4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it!
      5. Re-read DANDR! It's been too long.

        soybeans are not induction freindly they are OWL rung 6 legumes and will be a fine addition there to this recipe if you like the taste of soy.

        it isn't the chilli recipe that makes this possibly not induction friendly.

        many hotdogs have added starches to make them plump when cooked and those will not be induction legal even if they are sugarfree. Check your dogs carefully for carbs.
