On things like eggs and cheese that may have 0 carbs listed on the label, you still need to count as 1 carb for each serving per Dr. Atkins. That's why I enter just about everything as custom foods on Fitday... even eggs. I use Egglands Best eggs and they list 0 carbs on the label, but when I entered it as a custom food, I listed carbs as 1 instead of 0. So, for example, if I have a 3 egg omelette with an ounce of cheese, that is 4 carbs even though the labels would have you counting it as 0 carbs.
