    I know. I was rather nervous eating them. It was like I hope these really are okay to eat. It just doesnt seem right. LOL! I am the same way. Everytime I would go anywhere, I would alway order chicken fingers.

      lol everyone I know always made fun of me because no matter where we went to eat I'd get chicken fingers or chicken parmesan no matter what haha so I'm definitely glad I found these...this is also very similar to the chicken parmesan recipe on lindas site instead of chicken strips you just do the same thing with a whole piece and you put spaghetti sauce and mozzarella on it instead of honey mustard.

          Yes!!!! It didnt matter where we went, I always had chicken fingers with honey mustard, it's definately a favorite, plus most places can't mess it up! LOL

          Miss, how much mustard/mayo did you end up using w/ the pack of splenda??

              ok, i made these last night--WOWSAHS!!! they are delicious!!!

              i dipped them in egg first, then in a mixture of parm cheese and finely crushed pork rinds, seasoned with basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsely. then fried in canola oil and dipped in honey mustard (1 packet splenda, 1/4 cup mayo, and 1/8 cup mustard).

              out of this world!!!

                I made these last night and they were good! I just did the egg and parmesan cheese and fried them in vegetable oil. I've never fried before so the chicken did come out a little dry since I probably fried them too long. Oh well I'd rather them a little dry than raw! haha. I had them with some marinara sauce, ooo they were good!

                        Oh my gah!! These really are the best ever!! I like them better then any I've had anywhere else!! My husband did also! Thank you so much for posting!! I ate them plain! I might try the pork rinds next time... but I can't imagine them being better then these!! Thanks so much!!

                              Do you think these would be good reheated? I would like to cook them for me at lunch time (I work 3-11p) then my family can have them for dinner reheated.

                                Yes they are good reheated... they dont stay as crispy ofcourse but they are just as delish. plus you could have them on a salad, cesar or garden.
