This is my favourite.
You put a little olive oil in a pan and cook chopped up pieces of chicken with fresh tarrogan and garlic. add aspargas or spinach and a lttle butter when cooked add some double cream and when it starts to bubble fresh lemon juice. It is lovely.
You can play with recipe with different veg or add a little parmasan cheese.
