Pork Chop Ideas!
Mmmmmmm...pork chops.....*Homer Simpson droooool*
Here's some of our favourites
- put them on a greased cookie sheet (I put a piece of foil down and spray it with cooking spray...easy cleanup!)..smear them with mayo, salt and pepper, and then lay a thin slice of onion on the top, and bake.
- finely crushed pork rinds as camera mentioned! I add in salt and pepper, garlic powder and dried rosemary...so good! Cook'em on a rack.
- finely crushed pork rinds and whatever spices you like, for that matter. I sometimes use cajun, or chili powder..thyme would probably be good...garlic powder for sure.
- take a baking dish, melt a bit of butter in it and chop up some garlic. Put the garlic in the dish and lay mayo or ranch dressing coated chops on top of it and bake.
- this one is my bf's invention - put some water in a big frying pan, add in chops, seasoning salt and pepper and simmer. Add in water as it evaporates out. Add in some mushrooms when the pork chops are pretty much done and simmer till they are tender and have absorbed the cooking liquids.
