I love the taste of these more than any I have had in the restaurants. The secret is in the sauce...and it's bottled...and it has Zero carbs! Weehoo!
This recipe is somewhat off of the bottle, with my variations.
Hot Wings
2 1/2 pounds of chicken wings (I like the wings/drumette mixture, I get them at Smart and Final)
1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
1/3 cup melted butter
Bake wings 1 hour at 425 degrees or deep-fry 12 minutes at 400.
Combine Sauce and Butter over a low heat until butter is melted
Dip and cook wings for a bit over low heat to soak into the skin.
Try not to breathe the fumes...seriously.
To tone down the sauce, you can add more butter. They have different heats, original and extra hot.
Also, they have a website with alot of other recipes on there, I need to try some of them! Here is the link: http://www.franksredhot.com
Have fun! These are awesome!

I am back on induction, a week into it now on 4/22/10, doing excellent and seeing results. Once again, my weight goal is 140.
