  • stir-fry anyone?

Ok.. so im not sure if there are any induction friendly chicken stir-fry recipes out there but i was hoping someone out there has a good one! I know the veggies and the chicken are ok, but i am looking for a homemade sauce to use for it. Thanks!

    Re: stir-fry anyone?

I don't really have a sauce recipe, but I like to use lemon pepper seasoning and my oil of the moment choice to stir fry. Or, if you don't like pepper, just use some lemon juice and the oil.

I've mostly just used seasonings...the problem with sauces is that you can't easily thicken them. I have used a splash of beef broth with whatever seasonings struck my fancy that day. You could also try a tablespoon or so of tomato paste...

Once you are at the nut rung, there are recipes for Thai stir-frys with peanut butter - that helps thicken the sauce up a bit
