Made this recipe tonight, I liked it. Counted the splenda packets as 1g each.

16 ounces tomato sauce
3 packets Splenda
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons liquid Barbecue SmokeĀ®
1 tablespoon Maple syrup, sugar free -- Davinci, Log Cabin etc
1/4 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Great on pork ribs or chicken. Nutrition info is based consumption of 1/4 cup of sauce for a total carb count of 7g. More if count the sugar alcohol in the syrup.
Bring ingredients to a slow simmer in a small sauce pan. May add whiskey or brandy for added flavor.
seal ribs in tinfoil with sauce and bake at 300F for 2.5 to 3 hours. Very good.
