          Re: Whey Protein Pancakes

Hi there. I have just joined this forum and haven't added a note to the welcome page yet. I just wanted to respond to your question about unflavored whey protein. I have just begun a high protein regiment/Atkins diet and have gone from zero excercising to doing cardio 5 times a week and lifting weights for 25 minutes twice a week.

BiPro is the best whey protein isolate that I've found. 20 grams of protein per scoop and only 80 calories. No fillers, just pure protein. It only is available in unflavored and mixes into a ton of recipes. They have a ton of recipes on their web site www.biprousa.com and also carry a special night time whey protein BioZzz that I haven't used yet, that is supposed to have a high tryptopha level.

And there is a protein pancake recipe on their website that I make every Saturday morning!!!

I now use Soya Protein Powder 0 carbs and makes very dese pancakes. I also add flax to them. I get mine at the health food store or Save on foods. It's in little bags and you don't need as much.

                  Re: Whey Protein Pancakes

I also make pancakes with whey and soy flour. I now also add some vital wheat gluten and wheat bran. I add soy milk - or cream and water, butter, eggs, a bit of sweetener. I really like them too for the occasional different breakfast.

I use them instead of bread for sandwiches for my work. Works like a charm.
