I used to make these with Soy I make a HUGE batch you don't have to make it this big but, I make enough for a week.
12 eggs
5 Scoops of Whey Protein Isolate
1/4 cup of oil
6 packets of sweetner
Put eggs, oil, and sweetner in Blender turn it on and Slowly add the 5 scoops of Protein powder while the Blender is running. When it gets to the consistancey of pancakes that's what you want.
Turn on your Skillet to 300F and make sure it's good and hot before you start cooking. These cook extremely fast.
This Recipe makes 32 pancakes it has 2190 calories 15 grams Carbs, and 244 grams of Protein.
I hope you enjoy it it's a great thing I like to put whipped cream and strawberries on it or Just use it in place of bread to make quickie sandwiches for on the go. They are a great Grab and go snack at .5 grams of carbs per pancake.
