  • parmesan crackers

    Hi all, I have seen.......somewhere...........a recipe for parmesan crackers. The parmesan cheese was grated and melted in a non stick pan, but I must be doing something wrong. Has any one tried this??

    That's the recipe. It does work, but watch the crackers carefully to make sure they don't turn too brown. They cook very quickly if you press the cheese down in a fairly thin layer.

      Thanks, I've tried a couple of times and they're getting better..........Really need that salty crunch!!
