I have an awesome stew recipe that I am making on Sunday. Everything in the stew is Atkins friendly except for the flour that is called for to thicken it. It also calls for the packaged stew mix that helps with thickening and flavor and from the package, it looks like that is very low carb so I'm fine there. But the stew mix by itself is not enough to thicken it as much as it needs to be.
Any suggestions on what I might be able to use instead of flour?
